At Spooky Haven, we work with a supplier to offer unique, print-on-demand products. Please review our return policy below to understand our process and how we handle different situations:

Return and Exchange Policy:

  • Print-on-Demand: All our products are custom-made and produced only after an order is placed. Therefore, we cannot support returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or if you change your mind.

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • Eligibility: If you receive a damaged item or there is a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • How to Report: Use the “Contact Us” form on our website with your order number, the reason for the return and provide clear photos showing the problem. 
  • Resolution: We will arrange a free reprint or a refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If your billing currency is not USD, the refund will be returned directly to the original payment source.

    Additional Notes:
  • Multiple Items: If the issue affects multiple products with the same design, provide an additional photo (or video) of all affected items in one frame for confirmation.
  • Incorrect Orders: We are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect size or color choices. For unsuccessful deliveries, you can choose a reprint (additional charges may apply) or a partial refund.
  • Print Placement Tolerance: For DTG (direct-to-garment) products, a tolerance of 0.5" in print placement is acceptable; minor variations are not considered defects.
